Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or Launch Credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

PasteLaunch provides a library of "Launch Specs" — structured, written website prompts for landing pages, page sections, 3D scenes and animated backgrounds — together with visual previews. On the website you can fill in your own brand details, copy a version of a spec adapted for a third-party AI website builder of your choice (such as Lovable, Cursor, Claude, v0 or Bolt), and work through an acceptance and launch checklist.

Custom specs: you can also request a spec written for your project through the request form on our website. Submitting a request is free; we reply by email within 2 business days. Any price and delivery time are agreed with you by email before work starts, and nothing is charged without your confirmation.

The Service is a digital, intangible product delivered online. Access to purchased content is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.

We do not operate the third-party AI tools mentioned above. Their availability, pricing and the websites they generate are outside our control, and results may differ between tools and over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pastelaunch.com of any unauthorised use.

If you register on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

4. Plans and Pricing

We offer the following plans. Current details are always shown on our pricing page at https://pastelaunch.com/pricing before you reach checkout. All prices are in US dollars.

• Builder — $129 billed every 3 months. Auto-renews every 3 months until cancelled. Fair use: up to 3 premium prompt unlocks per day.
• Studio — $279 billed every 12 months. Auto-renews every year until cancelled. Unlimited access to premium prompts.
• Forever — $399 one-time payment. Does not renew. Unlimited access to premium prompts for as long as the Service is operated.
• Launch Credits — one-time purchases that do not renew: 2 unlocks for $19, 5 unlocks for $39, 10 unlocks for $49. Each unlock gives permanent access to one premium prompt.

Free prompts marked "FREE" are available to everyone at no charge. We may add, change or retire plans and features; price changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before a price change applies to their renewal.

5. Billing and Payment

Payments are processed by our payment processor and reseller, Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order and handles payment, applicable taxes and invoicing. Card details are entered on Waffo's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.

Recurring billing authorisation: by subscribing to the Builder or Studio plan, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period for the then-current subscription fee, until you cancel as described in Section 6.

One-time purchases: Forever and Launch Credits are charged once for the amount shown at checkout and never renew.

Taxes: applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) are calculated and shown at checkout and collected by Waffo where required by law.

Billing disputes: if you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@pastelaunch.com before disputing it with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time, without contacting us, from your account page (https://pastelaunch.com/account → "Cancel subscription"). You can also email support@pastelaunch.com from your registered email address.

• Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately; you will not be charged again.
• Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which premium access ends.
• Prompts you unlocked with Launch Credits remain accessible after a subscription ends.

7. Refund Policy

Because access to digital content is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except as follows:

• 7-day guarantee: first-time purchasers of any plan or Launch Credits may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. For Launch Credits, only unused unlocks are refundable. One guarantee per customer; we may decline requests showing clear abuse (for example, bulk copying of the library followed by a refund request).
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: always refunded in full.
• Service outage: if the Service is unavailable for 72 consecutive hours or more due to causes within our control, you may request a pro-rated refund or extension for the affected period.
• Statutory rights: any refund or withdrawal rights granted by applicable law (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/UK) are preserved. Where the law allows, you agree that access starts immediately and that you lose the withdrawal right once you unlock or copy premium content.

Non-refundable:

• Subscription periods already started, outside the 7-day guarantee (cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period).
• Launch Credits that have already been used.
• Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms.

Email support@pastelaunch.com from your account email with your order ID and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment processor, Waffo Pancake, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Access purchased with a refunded payment is revoked.

8. Licence and Intellectual Property

All prompts, previews, text and design on the Service are owned by Zou Yongliang (邹永良) or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and an active purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts you have access to in order to build websites for yourself and for your clients, including commercial projects.

Websites you generate with third-party tools using our prompts belong to you (subject to the terms of those tools). You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the prompt text itself, in whole or in substantial part, or make it available as part of a competing prompt library, template marketplace or dataset.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or purchased prompts with people who have not purchased them.
• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the library, or circumvent access controls or usage limits.
• Use the prompts or the Service to build websites that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonate other brands or people.
• Use prompts, previews or any derivative of them to train, fine-tune or benchmark AI models, or to build a competing product.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or violate any applicable law or card network rule.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL PROMPTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Websites are generated by third-party AI tools and may contain errors, security issues or content that requires review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing and verifying any website before publishing it, and for the content you publish.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOU YONGLIANG (邹永良) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to respond. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@pastelaunch.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@pastelaunch.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

14. Changes and General Provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
